What are the Key Responsibilities?
The Senior Health Insurance Specialist will analyze and enhance UNIDO’s global health insurance framework. Key responsibilities include:
- Program Assessment: Conduct comprehensive review of existing global health insurance programs and coverage structures
- Gap Analysis: Identify coverage gaps, cost inefficiencies, and service delivery challenges across different regions
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR teams, insurance providers, and UNIDO regional offices to gather requirements
- Strategy Development: Formulate recommendations for optimizing insurance coverage, costs, and member services
- Compliance Review: Ensure all health insurance programs comply with UN system regulations and international standards
