Key Responsibilities:

- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and follow up calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate database and HR records
- Support onboarding process and documentation
- Help in daily HR administrative tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BBA, MBA, MHRM, HRM, Bachelor’s degree, or related business field
- Strong communication skills
- Confident and professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
