What are the Key Responsibilities?
The ICT Analyst will leverage data analytics to optimize organizational performance and support IFAD’s mission. Key responsibilities include:
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze workforce data to identify trends in recruitment, retention, and employee performance
- Reporting: Develop regular analytics reports and dashboards for HR and management decision-making
- System Management: Maintain and optimize people analytics systems and data infrastructure

What are the Qualification Requirements?
