Job Description:
We are hiring a Network Support Engineer to manage network systems and solve connectivity issues. You will monitor networks, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth performance of LAN and wireless systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot routing, NAT, firewall, VLAN, PPPoE, and VPN issues
- Handle STP and RSTP loop troubleshooting
- Manage bandwidth and QoS settings
- Monitor network performance and analyze logs
- Troubleshoot wireless and LAN connectivity problems
- Maintain network documentation and reports
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of GPON and OLT systems
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Good documentation and reporting skills
