Job Description

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Officer Operations to manage import/export documentation, billing processes, and customer coordination while supporting senior documentation staff in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, process, and enter documents into the system
  • Issue proforma invoices and gate passes
  • Handle special service requests as per SOPs
  • Coordinate with Helpdesk and senior officers for smooth workflow
  • Ensure compliance with legal, company, and operational procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct
  • Support training and mentoring of junior staff

Key Requirements

  • Basic reading and writing skills in Urdu and English
  • Ability to manage import/export documentation and billing
  • Willingness to work in shifts (nights, weekends, public holidays)
  • Physically and mentally fit as per QHSE standards
  • Computer literate with strong coordination skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and integrity
