Job Description
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Officer Operations to manage import/export documentation, billing processes, and customer coordination while supporting senior documentation staff in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, process, and enter documents into the system
- Issue proforma invoices and gate passes
- Handle special service requests as per SOPs
- Coordinate with Helpdesk and senior officers for smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with legal, company, and operational procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct
- Support training and mentoring of junior staff
Key Requirements
- Basic reading and writing skills in Urdu and English
- Ability to manage import/export documentation and billing
- Willingness to work in shifts (nights, weekends, public holidays)
- Physically and mentally fit as per QHSE standards
- Computer literate with strong coordination skills
- Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and integrity
