This role involves driving business growth by acquiring international clients through platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, contributing directly to ZS Global’s expansion.
What are the Key Responsibilities?
Your primary focus will be on generating measurable revenue growth. Key duties include:
- Acquiring international clients via Upwork, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
- Managing end-to-end business development from lead to closure.
- Preparing and submitting high-impact proposals and presentations.
- Maintaining client pipelines and KPIs using CRM tools.
- Collaborating with internal teams for project onboarding.
What are the Role Requirements?
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2–3+ years in Business Development for Software, Digital, AI, or IT services.
- Proven record in international client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
