Experience Requirement
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in packaging machine operations, FMCG production, or production line operations
Education Requirement
DAE in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical field
Main Responsibilities
- Operate automated and semi automated packaging machines
- Set up packaging machines and perform changeovers and basic calibration
- Perform basic troubleshooting and identify machine faults
- Maintain cleaning process including clean in place and machine cleaning
- Check product weight, seal, coding, and labeling for accuracy
- Monitor production targets and achieve set production goals
- Follow GMP, food safety, and quality standards
Required Skills
- Good understanding of packaging machine operations
- Basic troubleshooting and technical problem solving ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food safety and quality control standards
- Ability to work in production environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
