Job Description:
We are hiring an Assistant Manager HR to support daily HR operations and employee management. You will handle employee records, payroll coordination, performance management, and make sure company policies and labor laws are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee documentation and HR records
  • Coordinate payroll and ensure EOBI and statutory compliance
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and HR systems
  • Handle employee complaints and disciplinary actions
  • Support performance management, employee evaluations, and confirmations
  • Coordinate training programs and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and employee management
