Job Description:
We are hiring Senior HR Executive and HR Executive to manage recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and handling multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Manage monthly payroll and HR data using Excel and HRMS
- Build corporate and university linkages for hiring and internships
- Plan employee engagement and recognition programs
- Support training, performance cycles, and organizational development initiatives
- Organize internal campaigns, events, and employee activities
- Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of HR experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple HR tasks
