JW SEZ Group is looking for an experienced planning manager to develop and manage production planning strategies, coordinate with different departments, and ensure efficient resource utilisation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production planning, supply chain management, inventory control, demand forecasting, ERP systems, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production planning strategies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Analyse demand forecasts and prepare capacity plans.
• Optimise resource utilisation to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Track production progress and revise plans when required.
• Ensure on-time order fulfilment while maintaining quality standards.
• Generate planning and performance reports for management.
• Identify planning risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and develop the planning team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
