Job Description:
We are hiring a Mechanical Supervisor to manage maintenance and repair of ice cream production machinery. You will supervise mechanical staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure safe and smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical maintenance and repair work
- Plan and assign daily tasks to mechanical staff
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery
- Monitor safety procedures and ensure compliance
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
Requirements:
- B.Tech or DAE in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years hands on experience as Mechanical Supervisor in ice cream production
