Job Description:
We are hiring a QA Automation Engineer to build and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing. You will perform different types of testing and work with developers to ensure product quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Automation and Framework Development:
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, and TestNG
- Automate web UI, mobile, and API testing
- Ensure scalable and efficient automation solutions
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Perform system, integration, regression, smoke, exploratory, and performance testing
- Design and execute automated test scripts
- Follow SQA methodologies and best practices
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work with developers and project managers for test execution
- Analyze test results and report product stability and performance
- Prepare and maintain test data and test environments
Required Tools and Technologies:
UI Web Automation:
- Selenium WebDriver, Selectors Hub, Java AWT, Java, TestNG, Apache POI, Browserstack Automate, Tesseract OCR, Apache Commons, Selenium Grid
Mobile Automation:
- Appium, UIAutomator2, Appium Inspector, XCUI Test, TestNG, WDA, Apache POI, Browserstack App Automate, Java, Apache Commons
API and Web Services Automation:
- Rest Assured, Postman, Newman, JavaScript
Load Testing:
- Apache JMeter, BlazeMeter, Python, JavaScript
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in test automation
- Hands on experience with Selenium, Appium, TestNG, and Rest Assured
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience writing database queries for test validation
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with JMeter and BlazeMeter
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks
- Knowledge of ISTQB or similar testing practices
- Team management experience is a plus
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
