Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior HR Executive to lead HR operations and talent acquisition. This role is best for someone who enjoys working with people and managing complete HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR management
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition
- Maintain HRMS and ensure policy compliance
- Support employee engagement activities
- Resolve employee conflicts and maintain a healthy work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
- Experience in IT, Digital Marketing, or Software company
- Strong communication skills
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR systems
