Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Location: NUST, Islamabad

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Salary: Up to PKR 120,000 per month plus quarterly performance bonuses

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday plus one Saturday per month

Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years in Talent Acquisition

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive who can find and hire the best talent. You will manage the hiring process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews. You will also build strong hiring pipelines and work closely with hiring managers. This role is best for someone who has experience in recruitment and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent from different platforms
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline
  • Work with hiring managers to understand job needs
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to end
  • Maintain records of candidates and hiring reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • MS HR or MBA will be a plus
  • Experience in SAAS, IT, FinTech, Marketing, or service-based industries
