U Bank, a leading microfinance bank in Pakistan, is hiring Customer Services Officers for multiple branch locations in Rajanpur and Dera Ismail Khan to handle daily banking operations and customer service.
What are the Key Responsibilities?
The Customer Services Officer will handle frontline banking operations and customer interactions. Key duties include:
- Customer Transactions: Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other routine banking transactions accurately
- Account Services: Handle account opening, maintenance, and closure procedures for savings and current accounts
- Cash Management: Maintain cash drawer balance and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Customer Assistance: Resolve customer queries and provide information about bank products and services
- Documentation: Ensure all banking transactions are properly documented and comply with regulatory requirements
What are the Eligibility Requirements?
Candidates must meet these essential criteria:
- Master’s degree preferably in Commerce or Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience or similar branch operations role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software
