Job Title: Female Customer Success Executive
Location: DHA Rahbar, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM (Weekend Off)
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month
Job Description:
We are hiring a Female Customer Success Executive who has strong English communication and confidence in dealing with international clients. You will support IT projects, handle client onboarding, and ensure smooth communication between teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international clients on ongoing IT projects
- Support client onboarding and service delivery
- Coordinate with technical teams for smooth project communication
- Maintain client satisfaction metrics
- Guide clients about product updates and features
- Learn new tools, processes, and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Success, Pre Sales, or Project Management
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to commute to DHA Rahbar Lahore
