We are pleased to announce that applications for the PEL Summer Internship Program (SIP) 2026 are now officially open.
This program offers a valuable opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain practical exposure, develop industry-relevant skills, and engage in hands-on learning across a diverse range of functions, including:
- Human Resources
- Finance & Accounts
- Marketing & Sales
- Supply Chain
- IT & Data Science
- Engineering
- Legal & Compliance
- Business Management
The program will be conducted in three batches:
- June
- July
- August
Applicants are advised to carefully select their preferred batch while applying, as batch preferences will not be changed later in the process.
Program Structure:
- Overall Internship Duration: 6 Weeks
- Duration: 4 Weeks (Onsite) & 2 Weeks (Remotely)
- Working Days: Monday – Thursday
- Internship Mode: Hybrid
