Job Overview

The Cyber Security and Data Privacy Manager will lead cybersecurity governance, compliance, and data privacy initiatives. The selected candidate will work closely with clients, manage security programs, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with international security standards.

This role requires both technical knowledge and strong communication skills to work with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) and Virtual Data Protection Officer (vDPO) programs.
• Lead cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities.
• Develop and align security policies with international standards.
• Perform cybersecurity risk, maturity, and compliance assessments.
• Manage incident governance and vulnerability management.
• Handle third-party security risk assessments.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards for clients and management.
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness sessions and training programs.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to improve security practices.

Required Skills

Experience Required

• 7 to 8 years of professional cybersecurity experience.
