Common Criteria Pakistan Lab is hiring an experienced Network Security Evaluator to contribute to high-level security evaluation. The role is focused on network security, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, routing and switching, and network traffic analysis.

The selected candidate will work with network security and testing technologies while evaluating network security, performance, and architecture. The position is suitable for professionals with 3–4 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of network security concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform network penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Evaluate network security and identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Analyze network traffic and network performance.
• Work with routing and switching environments.
• Evaluate network security technologies and configurations.
• Assess secure network architecture and network hardening.
• Work with network security testing and analysis tools.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in network security, routing and switching, and penetration testing.
• Hands-on experience in network penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Proficiency with Ixia, Spirent, Wireshark, Nmap, and Metasploit.
• Strong understanding of routing and switching concepts.
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other network security technologies.
• Experience in network traffic analysis and performance testing.
• Knowledge of secure network architecture and network hardening.
