4. User Responsibilities

For Job Seekers

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information in your resume and application materials
  • You consent to the sharing of your resume and application materials with potential employers
  • You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent applications
  • You must not impersonate another person or entity

For Employers

  • You must post accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory job descriptions
  • You are solely responsible for the content of your job postings and hiring practices
  • You must comply with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and advertising laws in Pakistan, including the Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance, 1968
  • You must comply with Pakistan’s Equal Opportunity laws and clearly disclose employment type (Full-time/Part-time/Contract) and legally required benefits

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Engage in any illegal or unauthorized use of the Website
  • Collect or harvest user information for unauthorized purposes
  • Use any automated system, including “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” to access the Website
  • Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website’s servers or networks

5. No Fee Policy

All New Jobs Pakistan does not charge any fees to job seekers for:

  • Searching for jobs
  • Applying to job postings
  • Creating a profile or uploading a resume

If any employer or recruiter requests payment from you as a condition for job application or recruitment, please report this immediately to pakjobs2022@gmail.com. Legitimate employers in Pakistan should never ask for placement fees from job seekers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Warranties that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any job listings or user content

We do not endorse any employer, recruiter, or job posting, and we do not guarantee employment or job offers.

We are not involved in any communication between job seekers and employers and bear no responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of jobs posted.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PAKISTAN LAW, ALL NEW JOBS PAKISTAN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Website
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED PKR 1,000 OR THE EQUIVALENT AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US, IF ANY.

Dispute Resolution Process:

  1. Informal Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at pakjobs2022@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
  2. Jurisdiction: Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Pakistan. You waive any objection to the jurisdiction of such courts.

For overseas recruitment matters, we comply with the regulations of the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Website.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and All New Jobs Pakistan regarding the use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements between you and us relating to your use of the Website.
